Person centred therapy is talking therapy which is client lead. I have excessive learnt active listening skills so my clients feel heard and understood. Person-centred therapy ( pct) has a humanistic foundation whereby I believe every client is unique therefore deserves a unique space. Our therapeutic relationship is vital in allowing you the space and time to explore and understand what difficulties you may be experiencing. Person-centred therapy relies on empathic listening, free from judgement, genuineness and honesty, all of which will be fully provided here at the heard hub. Person-centred therapy is non-directive and is a great foundation in allowing clients to work at their own pace, in a confidential, professional setting.

A counselling session is 50 minutes. Some clients will block book a number of sessions all at once 8-12 weeks is popular, others work week by week or open-ended. weekly sessions are advised to begin with.

£65.00 per 50 minute counselling session. Clients may block book or pay week by week. Payments should be made 24 hours before your allocated session. Please give 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your session or you will still be charged.

The total length of a course of therapy once again depends on an individual’s needs and circumstances. You’re the expert. This is something we can discuss together; I offer both short term and long-term therapy

If the pandemic taught me anything it’s that online therapy sessions can definitely have the same impact as face-to-face sessions. This is also helpful with clients who work away or feel they need sessions if they are unable to attend the hub. The same time boundary applies, and they will be 50-minute sessions over zoom.

Unfortunately, I do not offer telephone counselling.

Absolutely – Unless I feel that yourself or somebody else is at risk of harm then the service is confidential. This will be discussed in our initial meeting

I offer therapy to anybody, no matter what the circumstances or issues presenting are, as long as they are over the age of 18. I don’t offer child/adolescent therapy but there are many suitable services out there that do
